Returns

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Adeline. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, and any future updates to these documents.

  • You are of legal age and sound mind to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If not, you confirm that you are ordering with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • We have not previously disabled your account for policy violations or unlawful activity.

Return Window & Conditions

Adeline offers a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

  • No return fees will be deducted

  • No explanations or questions asked

  • We will arrange a free return pickup from your original delivery address

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any free gifts.

  • Items must be returned from the original delivery address only.

  • Returns raised after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges in case your item is damaged, defective, or not the right fit. You may exchange in the product with same item within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping & Pickup

  • We will arrange reverse pickup from your original delivery address.

  • Please be available and responsive for the return pickup. Missed pickups may cause delays and require re-initiation of the process.

  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable in your PIN code, you may be asked to return the product via India Post or an alternative courier. We will reimburse up to ₹50 toward your shipping cost.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank details, and the amount will be refunded via bank transfer.

  • Shipping fees, COD charges, and the return handling fee are non-refundable.

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. That’s why every Adeline piece comes with a 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty—so you can wear your favorites every day, worry-free.

🔒 What’s Covered

If your jewelry tarnishes within 12 months of purchase despite proper care, you are eligible to claim your warranty.

✅ How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Email us at care@adeline.in with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the tarnishing

    • Description of the issue

  2. We’ll review your claim and arrange return pickup if eligible.

  3. Once the product is inspected and approved, you’ll receive a store credit (Adeline gift card) after deducting a ₹99 handling fee.

📌 Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Warranty claims are only valid for tarnishing—not for breakage, scratches, or general wear and tear.

  • The final decision is at Adeline’s discretion after product inspection.

  • Warranty covers only one claim per product.

Important Notes

  • All free products/promotional gifts received with the original order must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

  • In case of missing items in return packages, Adeline reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund amount.

  • In the case of empty or tampered parcels, you must notify us within 48 hours with a 360° unboxing video for investigation. Insufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

  • Products bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or replacements.

  • Items sold as part of a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
