To ensure timely and secure deliveries across India, we have partnered with reliable logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, and others.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Shipping Charges: We offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of cart value.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available at an additional charge of ₹99 per order.
Note: Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

⏱ Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible:

Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–7 business days
Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery may be delayed by 2–3 additional days in certain pin codes or during peak seasons.

You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

📝 Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us at care@adeline.in with your Order Number as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
